We welcome families with children over seven, however, we regret that we cannot accommodate pets. There is limited off street parking available at Chelsea House but guests parking vehicles in the car park do so entirely at their own risk. There is also ample restriction free parking available in the very quiet Emslie Road directly in front of Chelsea House. We have free Wi-Fi access for our guests.
Bedrooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate the room on time may incur an extra charge. The latest check in time on the day of arrival is 11.00pm. Please advise your approximate arrival time when making a reservation.
Accommodation is offered subject to being still available when we receive your confirmation of booking form and the non-refundable deposit of £35 per person. We have a minimum number of nights stay for advance bookings. If your stay is a gap-filler of less than the minimum for that month, or a stay of one night only, there will be an additional charge of £3 per person per night to cover the extra laundry and cleaning costs involved. We regret that no allowance will be made for meals not taken, temporary absence or early departure. Chelsea House is a non smoking establishment throughout.
Guests are respectfully reminded that they may be liable for a charge of up to two thirds of the value of any cancelled booking we are unable to re-book. This eventuality can be insured against at a small cost and a holiday insurance form will be sent with the confirmation of your booking. We strongly advise you to take out a holiday insurance policy.
