Finding us

Chelsea House Hotel is situated in a quiet road set just in from the seafront in Falmouth. Our slightly elevated position means that most of our rooms have wonderful sea views of Falmouth Bay and the coastline. There is no passing traffic and there is plenty of off road parking in addition to our own private car park at the rear.

Travelling Directions

By Car

Take the A39 from Truro to Falmouth. On arriving at Falmouth stay on the A39, initially following the signs to Town and Town Centre (South). Stay on this main road for about one and a half miles until you pass Princess Pavilions on your right. Emslie Road is the next turning immediately on your right. You will find Chelsea House Hotel at the bottom of the road just around the corner.

By Train

Take the train to Falmouth Station (The Dell). There are usually one or two taxis around to meet the trains. However it is also possible to walk to the Hotel from the station in about 10 minutes.

On leaving the station turn right under the railway bridge and then immediately right into Lansdowne Road. About 100 yards up the hill is a walkway on the right which will take you up on to Melville Road. Cross straight over and go down De Pass Road for about 50 Yards. Turn right into Emslie Road and you will see Chelsea House Hotel on your right about 75 yards along.

By Coach

There are regular coach services to Falmouth from many parts of the UK. You will arrive at Falmouth Moor and will need to take a short taxi ride to Chelsea House Hotel (about 5 - 10 minutes and costing £2 - £3).
